Semaglutide or Tirzepatide Injections

Benefits of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide injections

How does it work?

We give our patients four weekly injections once a month to take home and inject in the subcutaneous fat in the stomach or upper thigh with an insulin syringe. With semaglutide patients start with a small dose once a week that is gradually increased based on tolerance. Tirzepatide you start on 2.5 mg and usually stay on that dose without the need to go up. To reduce the severity of side effects you should drink plenty of water, we suggest you do your injection at night about 30 minutes to an hour before bed. Due to the drop in your food intake that supplies your vitamins and nutrients we suggest you take a daily Multivitamin and get a monthly vitamin IV. You may also have issues with constipation due to the slowing down of your digestive tract, we suggest you take a daily probiotic to help lessen the chance of this side effect. You will receive paperwork on your first visit when prescribed either of these medications outlining the potential side effects.

Phentermine Oral weight loss prescriptions

Phentermine is a prescription medication taken once daily to help decrease your appetite. You must see our provider for your first prescription of Phentermine. In order to be prescribed this weight loss medication you must be considered overweight based on the BMI scale. Our provider will calculate this for you. We need to know all the medications you are taking to make sure there are no medication interactions. Phentermine can cause side effects such as dizziness, sweating, headaches, rapid heart beats and should not be taken by anyone with any heart condition and cannot be taken with any ADHD medication or benzodiazepines. When prescribed this medication our provider will go over the list of potential side effects.

LipoPlex Injections

Lipoplex injections are a combination of B12 and Lipotropics, these are nutrients that help prevent fat accumulation in the liver and help detoxify metabolic waste and toxins while
